I had done months of research on UTube, different company's and then booked with richard.Firstly I had a consultation this put my mind at ease and richard was very knowledgable. Richard also went through all the next steps then i booked my first treatment. I had 4 treatments in total. Each treatment richard made you feel relaxed, very professional. Explained each time how to care for the SMP and i had the contact if needed to ask anything in between.I am delighted with the outcome and the service overall i received. I’ve been contemplating scalp micropigmentation ever since I knew it was even a thing. Like anything that affects your appearance my biggest concern was how it would look and if it was worth the risk. Fortunately I knew somebody who had used Rich for this treatment and was able to see his work first hand before I made the appointment to have my initial consultation with Rich. I was naturally nervous and wondered if I was doing the right thing however after our chat I was confident Rich was the man for job. I was amazed by the difference even after my first session and now I’ve completed the remaining sessions I am amazed by the results and extremely happy. I had my first set of treatments with Richard about a year ago. I loved the look afterwards and after a year I wanted to lower the hairline a little more and take my colour a little darker. As always Richard was very accommodating and did an amazing job for a very good price indeed. Very happy about my top up and minor changes with Richard. Certainly the best in Leicestershire.
